See Governor Controlling Traffic After Failing To Build Good Roads

He's failing in his responsibility to judiciously use the resources of Delta State to develop critical infrastructures in the state, hence Gov Emmanual Uduaghan resort to controlling traffic in order to win the sympathy of the masses through the back door.

Members of the opposition in the state say they cannot deceived.

There question is: With the huge amount that comes to Delta State every month, as a oil-producing state and the internally generated revenue, if there were enough good roads in Asaba, would Governor Uduaghan have any reason to become a traffic warden?
